I’m an ear, nose and throat (ENT) doctor who cares for patients at HealthPartners. I also serve as chair of the Otolaryngology Department for HealthPartners and as an assistant professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School. Otolaryngology is another name for ENT, and it concerns the diagnosis and treatment of numerous conditions that affect the head and neck. Kids are some of my favorite patients to work with, and while I enjoy treating all areas within my specialty, I particularly enjoy treating issues involving the salivary gland, thyroid and parathyroid surgery. Along with caring for patients in my clinical practice, I enjoy teaching medical residents. I take great pride in educating those training to become the next generation of ENT doctors.

When not working, I like spending time with my wife and my two sons, being out on the lake, golfing, and experiencing food and wine pairings.
