    About me

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist at Park Nicollet who works with adults in individual therapy. I also provide clinical leadership in reproductive mental health services, helping women experiencing concerns related to issues that include infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and infant loss. My goal is to partner with my patients to improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life by tackling and addressing tough issues, as well as working with family members of those struggling with mental health. Women’s health is an important focus among my specialties, along with co-occurring mental health and chemical-use disorders. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and the psychological challenge of major life transitions are also significant areas of interest for me.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, cycling and spending time with my family and our dog.
