As a doctor specializing in pulmonary medicine, I provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with respiratory issues. I also work in inpatient critical care. I completed a fellowship in pulmonary/critical care medicine through the University of Minnesota and served for a year as the chief resident at Regions Hospital. In addition to direct patient care, I am strongly committed to systemwide innovation. I serve as medical director for quality initiatives at HealthPartners, seeking to improve patient outcomes overall. I also strongly support efforts to deliver quality health care in rural Minnesota. My goal is to transfer the message of healthy living and preventive care from the clinic to the community.
