Hutchinson Hospital is a licensed 66-bed facility featuring an intensive care unit, and state-of-art ICU technology. A full-range of advanced diagnostic imaging services include: multi-slice CT scanning, 2D and 3D digital mammography, X-ray, ultrasound, MRI and nuclear medicine.
In June, 2020 we will open a brand new addition and relocate 18 of our current patient care rooms. The rooms will be roughly twice the size of our current rooms with plenty of space for patient, family/visitors and staff. Space for nursing and other support staff will be designed to support optimal efficiency and an enhanced patient experience. The $21 million investment for this new unit will remarkably change the exterior landscape of our current facility, as well as impact the environment for our patient care.
The hospital is designated a Level IV Trauma Center and Level 1 Heart Attack Center.
