Megan Remark has been a leader in health care for more than 20 years. She became President and CEO of Regions Hospital in January 2015. Prior to that, she served as a senior vice president at HealthPartners, providing strategic planning, business development and operational leadership to HealthPartners Clinics and Regions Hospital.Megan Remark has been a leader in health care for more than 20 years. Megan is actively involved in the community. Her areas of focus include education, economic development and mentoring the next generation of health care leaders. She was appointed by the governor in 2009 and reconfirmed in 2012 to serve as board member and executive committee member for the Commission for National and Community Service, the organization charged to deploy AmeriCorps volunteers in the state of Minnesota. She currently serves as a board member of the Jeremiah Program, which is committed to transforming the lives of Twin Cities families, two generations at a time. Past board and community involvement includes University of Minnesota MHA Alumni Association Foundation board and executive committee member; Westfields Hospital board member; Minnesota Reading Corps Business Advisory Committee; Family Tree Clinic Board Member; Girl Scout Leader, and Minnesota International Health Volunteers board member.
