Find in-network providers for employer group plans

Search providers covered by HealthPartners insurance

If you’d like to know if a specific doctor is in your HealthPartners group plan network, or you need to locate a nearby in-network clinic, you’re in the right place.

If you’re already a member, sign in to search your specific plan’s current provider network.

If you or a family member has a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Emergency care, no matter where you are, is always covered at in-network levels.

If it’s not an emergency, consider your options for care. E-visits, telemedicine, primary care, urgent care and more are all available. When you use the most appropriate in-network location for the care you need, you’ll likely pay less.

Not sure what to do? Our CareLine℠ is available 24/7/365 to help you decide. Call 800-551-0859 (TYY 711) to talk to a nurse and get advice on what care is best for your situation.

Where will I pay the least?

E-visits, telemedicine, primary care, specialty care, urgent care and emergency rooms (ERs) are all best for different situations. When you use the most appropriate service for your situation, you can get the care you need at a lower relative cost.

For example, ERs often cost more because providers there are ready to treat serious, often life-threatening conditions that need attention immediately. So if your condition isn’t serious, going to the ER might result in you paying for more complex care and services than you really need. Instead, going to an urgent care clinic or waiting to be seen by a primary care doctor at a regular clinic will likely cost less – while still ensuring you get the right care.

That’s why, to save money, it’s important to think about what kind of care your condition needs. Then, choose the best place for your health and your wallet.

If you’re not sure where to go, our CareLine is available 24/7/365. Call 800-551-0859 (TYY 711) to speak with a nurse and get help deciding.

In Minnesota:

  • In compliance with Minn. Stat. § 62Q.451, HealthPartners does not restrict the choice of an enrollee on most of our Minnesota health insurance plans as to where the enrollee receives services from a licensed health care provider related to the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of a rare disease or condition. Please note that the requirements of the statute do not apply to most self-insured plans. To confirm eligibility and application of appropriate benefits for covered services, please talk to your provider or contact Member Services.
  • In each of the Minnesota counties HealthPartners offers networks to individuals, families and small employer groups, we’re required to meet certain state standards for geographic access. Those networks may have waivers filed with the Minnesota Department of Health in areas where geographic standards have not been completely met for one or more specialties.
