Your Part A coinsurance, Part A deductible and Part B coinsurance are all 100% covered by this plan, plus your Part B deductible if you’re eligible. You’ll get a personalized monthly premium based on information you enter when you shop and compare plans. Your premium includes:

• 100% coverage of your Medicare Part A deductible costs
• 100% coverage of your Medicare Part A coinsurance costs
• 100% coverage of your Medicare Part B deductible costs (if you became eligible for Medicare before Jan. 1, 2020)
• 100% coverage of your Medicare Part B coinsurance costs
• 100% coverage of your Medicare Part B excess charge costs
• 100% coverage of non-Medicare preventive care (up to a $120 annual benefit limit)
• 80% coverage of your international medical services costs
• $1,000 annual out-of-pocket limit on what you pay for covered services
