Accountable Care Organization

Park Nicollet participates in the Next Generation Accountable Care Organization (ACO). This ACO model was started by the Center of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in 2016. Accountable Care Organizations are groups of healthcare providers who provide coordinated high quality care to their patients. Learn more about ACO models.
