In connection with our financial assistance policy, and as required by law, HealthPartners maintains a list of providers who are not employed by our hospitals, but who provide emergency or other medically necessary care to our hospital patients. These non-facility providers may bill patients separately for their services. The provider list below specifies which of these providers are not covered by HealthPartners’ financial assistance policy.
Please note that some providers may be listed by a general reference to a department or service line. This means that the providers delivering care within those departments or service lines are or are not covered by the financial assistance policy. Providers may also be listed by individual names, practice groups, or business or company names.
