Specialized performing arts medicine at TRIA

Being a performer is as demanding as it is rewarding. But when the show must go on, injuries and overuse can put strain on your body.

At TRIA, we understand the unique challenges that performers of all types face. We offer a performing arts medicine program to help circus artists, dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders and other performers of all ages get back to the activities they love. Not only will we help you heal from an injury, but we’ll also use education and rehabilitation that will reduce your risk of future injuries.

Within the program, you’ll see doctors, physical therapists, athletic trainers and other health care providers who specialize in performing arts medicine. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and helps you achieve your treatment goals.

Our approach to performing arts medicine

We understand that a great performance begins with feeling your best. Our unique TRIA Performing Arts Medicine program was created to address common injuries performers of all types face.

We take a combined approach that helps us determine the best treatment plan for your injury and start your recovery immediately, so you can return to the activities you love. You’ll work with several different specialists who will help get you back to peak performance, including doctors, physical therapists and athletic trainers.

At TRIA, our performing arts medicine program has the kind of specialized equipment that you won’t find anywhere else – including aerial apparatuses, and gymnastics and dance equipment.
