Helpful information about our pharmacy change

You might have heard that we are closing our clinic pharmacies in early 2020. This includes our mail order services. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

The good news is, as a health plan member, there will not be any interruption to mail order prescriptions and your mail order benefits will continue. We will make arrangements to have another organization provide a new mail order option to members that will handle prescriptions beginning April 1.

We will work closely with the new mail order provider to ensure a smooth transition.

If you have any questions about the pharmacy closing, give us a call at 866-716-0785 or please see our information guide.

Want to skip the trips to the pharmacy? Get your prescriptions mailed to your home. You can do this if you have HealthPartners insurance or if you get your medicines filled at any HealthPartners or Park Nicollet pharmacy.
