Member Services can help with topics like:

  • Understanding your plan’s pharmacy benefits – Get answers about how your plan covers prescriptions, including out-of-pocket costs.
  • Using your plan’s formulary (drug list) to look up how a medicine is covered – Get help with how drugs are classified and what that means for how much you’ll pay.
