The broad Journey network includes over 94,000 in-network care providers, including HealthPartners and Park Nicollet, CentraCare, Allina Health, M Health Fairview, North Memorial, Entira Family Clinics, Hutchinson Health, Olivia Hospital & Clinic, Ridgeview Clinics, Lakeview Clinic, and many more.
Part D prescription drug coverage is included with the Journey Smart plan.
- Medicare Part B premium giveback: $50/month ($600/year) for members living in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott or Washington county
- Medicare Part B premium giveback: $38/month ($456/year) for members living in Benton, Chisago, Isanti, Morrison, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd or Wright county
- Part D prescription drug coverage, starting at $0 copays for covered generic drugs
- $0 copays for in-network preventive care, $0 copays for in-network primary care visits and $60 copays for in-network specialty care visits
- Out-of-pocket maximum: $9,850 in-network / $12,500 combined in and out of network
- Dental coverage for certain preventive care and certain comprehensive care, like one annual routine exam and cleaning
- Additional optional dental coverage available
- In-network cost sharing for up to nine months of domestic travel
