Amery Hospital & Clinic visitor guidelines
We know that a visit from a loved one has huge benefits to a patient’s mental and spiritual health. In order to support the recovery of all our patients, we welcome family members to visit at any time. At Amery Hospital & Clinic, we don’t limit family members to blood relatives. Instead, we let our patients tell us which guests are part of their family.
All other visitors are welcome between 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. This helps keep the hospital quiet to ensure a healing environment for all of our patients. Visitors must enter through the Emergency Department entrance between the hours of:
- Monday – Friday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Saturday – Sunday, 2 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Our waiting areas are designed to be welcoming and comfortable for all our guests. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus and you’re welcome to use your cell phone unless told otherwise by a member of our team.
In addition to the soothing décor, you’ll find an art gallery wall full of pieces by local artists. We partner with ArtZ to highlight talent in our community and make our space more beautiful.
We also highlight our natural surroundings with large windows overlooking the gorgeous campus. And, if you’d prefer to wait outside, you can take a stroll on our seasonal walking path along the Apple River.
Amery Community Pharmacy is our pharmacy and gift shop. On our shelves you’ll find comforts of home to make your visit more pleasant and different gift options to bring your loved one a little joy. We sell gifts, over-the-counter medications, and greeting cards. Visit us Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
A hot meal at the end of the day or a sweet pick-me-up is a universal comfort. At Amery Hospital & Clinic, we make grabbing a bite convenient for our patients and guests. Whether you’re just stopping by for a short visit or staying through mealtime, we’ll make sure you leave with a full belly.
