Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer
Em became the Vice President of Nursing Services and Chief Nursing Officer for Lakeview Hospital in 2022 after rejoining HealthPartners in 2020 as the Director of Nursing Practice for Regions and Methodist hospitals.
Em, who holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from University of Minnesota, was previously the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Bethesda Hospital in St Paul, Group Director of Critical Care and Telemetry for the HealthEast System, and Nurse Manager at Regions Hospital. She also served on active duty as an Army Nurse Corp Officer.
Em also has a Master of Science degree in Nursing with a focus in Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Regis University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from College of St Benedict. She also holds Nurse Executive board certification.

Senior Director of Human Resources
Angy joined Lakeview Hospital in 2002 as the Human Resources Director and was named Sr. Director of Human Resources in 2005. Angy came to Lakeview with 18 years prior human resources experience, including health care and management experience.
Angy Duchesneau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies with a focus in Psychology and Human Resources at Metropolitan State University.
Executive Director, Lakeview Foundation
Erickson was hired in 2005 as the foundation's first development officer. Prior to his joining the Lakeview staff, he served as the Director for Development of the Indianhead Council, Boy Scouts of America.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in Morris, MN. His responsibilities include providing leadership and support to the system's Foundation Board, as well as developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program to include major gifts and planned giving efforts, special events, annual giving and grant writing.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Johnson serves as Chief Finance Officer for both Lakeview Health System and Lakeview Hospital. He joined Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, MN as Chief Financial Officer in 2000. He was named CFO of Lakeview Health System in 2005, when Lakeview Hospital and Stillwater Medical Group formed an integrated delivery system.
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls, WI and a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI.
Lakeview Hospital President and St. Croix Valley Executive Leader
Brandi joined HealthPartners and Lakeview Health in December 2021. Prior to joining HealthPartners, Brandi acquired more than 20 years of health care leadership experience with organizations including Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia, and Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, part of Allina Health.
Brandi has a Master of Business Administration degree from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College in Northfield.
Vice President, St. Croix Valley Clinics
Richie joined the Stillwater Medical Group as its administrator in 2009. He came to the clinic with over 20 years of health care administration experience, most recently with Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital in Grand Rapids, MN.
He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville.
