What you can expect from your first visit
The first visit is an evaluation. Our physical therapists will identify any fall or injury risk factors by conducting a physical examination that measures strength, motion and balance. From there, our team will work with you to determine what exercises might be helpful.

If you’re not sure where to start, our team can help. Our physical therapists can guide you to exercises that will be effective for you and help you start a fitness program. You can sign up for yoga therapy or Pilates at TRIA, or ask for home fitness plans so you can continue to build your strength between sessions.
