HealthPartners Medical Assistance (Medicaid) options in Minnesota

CVS retail pharmacies will be out of network. Starting February 1, 2018, the Medicaid retail pharmacy network is changing. Your insurance will no longer cover prescriptions filled at CVS pharmacies and a few other locations. This includes CVS pharmacies in Target stores. If you are a HealthPartners Medicare or MSHO member, this change doesn’t affect you.

What is Medical Assistance (Medicaid)?

Medical Assistance (Medicaid) is a state and federal insurance program that helps people in need. Both children and adults can be qualify. HealthPartners contracts with the Minnesota Department of Human Services to serve people enrolling in Medical Assistance (Medicaid).
