CVS retail pharmacies will be out of network. Starting February 1, 2018, the Medicaid retail pharmacy network is changing. Your insurance will no longer cover prescriptions filled at CVS pharmacies and a few other locations. This includes CVS pharmacies in Target stores. If you are a HealthPartners Medicare or MSHO member, this change doesn’t affect you.
