Clinical indicators - retired

The Clinical Indicators report has been officially retired. Thank you for the partnership provided over the years making this report as comprehensive and correct as possible, including and especially the work of all of the medical records departments. We know you are busy and appreciate you and your work.

HealthPartners recognizes the value of clinic systems that support a planned approach to patient care. The performance reflected in the Clinical Indicators Report shows the continued focus of our community of providers on the highest quality of care. These reports provide valid and reliable information for provider groups to use in their efforts toward continuous improvement of patient care and outcomes. Each optimal measure reflects whether health care was optimally managed for individual patients by assessing the multiple components that are necessary for excellent care.

Clinical Indicators align with community best practice defined by the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI) guidelines. As a result, measures reflect our community's agreement on most effective care.
