Medical, dental and prescription drug coverage – together with MSHO

Our HealthPartners MSHO plan includes all-in-one health care coverage:

  • Doctor and specialist visits, including routine physical exams
  • Prescription drugs and prescribed over-the-counter drugs
  • Dental, hearing and vision benefits and supplies
  • Medical supplies (durable medical equipment)
  • Long-term, and home- and community-based services
  • Community First Services and Supports (CFSS), if you qualify
  • And much more

In general, you must get care from in-network providers. And you must get prescriptions at an in-network pharmacy. But in the U.S., you’ll be covered for out-of-network emergency care. You’ll also be covered in the U.S. for out-of-network urgent care or renal dialysis.

Our MSHO plan makes it easier to live healthy. All extras are included in your MSHO plan at no cost.

Your plan includes an annual OTC allowance of $300. Every three months, you’ll get $75 you can use to buy health, dental, medicinal and well-being items. You can use your OTC allowance through NationsBenefits®. Benefit dollars can only be used in the quarter you get them.

Your plan can help make day-to-day living easier. That way, you’ll be ready for what’s next. Perks and extras include:

Earn up to $450 in rewards each year for getting health screenings. These include your Welcome to Medicare Visit, Medicare Annual Wellness Visit and bone density tests. They also include tests for breast cancer, colorectal cancer and A1c levels.

Your care coordinator offers personal support so you don’t have to navigate your health care alone. They can help you schedule appointments and set health goals.
