Get your HealthPartners insurance plan member ID card

Your new member ID card contains updated details about your HealthPartners prescription drug coverage that pharmacies need starting in 2026. The numbers and information on your new member ID card help ensure that you continue to pay the correct price for your prescriptions.

Even if you haven’t shown your member ID card at your regular pharmacy or doctor’s office in a while, it’s important you share your new member ID card with them so that your HealthPartners insurance continues to be processed accurately.

Yes. If your HealthPartners plan includes prescription drug coverage, everybody on your plan (including policyholders, spouses, dependents and others) received new member ID cards and should start using them now.

Dispose of your old 2025 member ID card securely. For your privacy, we recommend shredding important documents like insurance ID cards

Find the blue RxPCN number on your card.

New 2026 member ID cards have one of these values:

• A4
• MA
• MEDDPRIME

Old 2025 member ID cards have one of these values:

• 24002
• ASPROD1
• MNPROD1

Your pharmacy may not have your most up-to-date member ID card on file. Give the pharmacy your new member ID card and ask for an insurance eligibility lookup. (If you’re unsure which HealthPartners member ID card to bring to the pharmacy, bring all the ones you have.)

If you continue to have issues, you can always access your most up-to-date member ID card through your HealthPartners online account, the HealthPartners iOS app or the HealthPartners Android app .

If your HealthPartners plan doesn’t include prescription drug coverage, you may or may not have received a new member ID card for 2026. It depends on whether:

• You chose to enroll in a new plan
• You (or your employer) made changes to your current plan
• Your employer asked us to send new ID cards so you have a fresh copy

If you did get a new member ID card, start using it now.

If you didn’t get a new member ID card, continue using the one you already have.
