Get your HealthPartners insurance plan member ID card

Your new member ID card contains updated details about your HealthPartners prescription drug coverage that pharmacies will need starting January 1, 2026. The numbers and information on your new member ID card help ensure that your HealthPartners insurance continues to be processed accurately – and that you continue to pay the correct price for your prescriptions.

Yes. If your HealthPartners plan includes prescription drug coverage, everybody on your plan (including policyholders, spouses, dependents and others) will get new member ID cards and should start using them on January 1, 2026.

If you start a new HealthPartners plan in November or December, you will only receive a physical copy of your 2026 member ID card.

• If you need to use your plan when picking up prescription drugs in 2025, you can access a digital copy of your 2025 member ID card through your HealthPartners online account, the HealthPartners iOS app or the HealthPartners Android app .
• You can create an online account at any time by using the physical copy of your 2026 member ID card.
• Show your 2025 member ID card to your pharmacist in 2025, and show your 2026 member ID card to your pharmacist in 2026.

Before January 1, 2026, store your new 2026 member ID card somewhere safe.

Starting January 1, 2026, put your new 2026 member ID card in your wallet or purse and begin using it whenever you visit a pharmacy, doctor, clinic or hospital. Even if you haven’t shown your member ID card at your regular pharmacy or doctor’s office in a while, it’s important you share your new member ID card with them so that your HealthPartners insurance continues to be processed accurately.

Before January 1, 2026, continue using your current 2025 member ID card as you normally would.

Starting January 1, 2026, dispose of your 2025 member ID card securely. For your privacy, we recommend shredding important documents like insurance ID cards.

Find the blue RxPCN number on your card.

2026 member ID cards have one of these values:

• A4
• MA
• MEDDPRIME

2025 member ID cards have one of these values:

• 24002
• ASPROD1
• MNPROD1

Your pharmacy may not have your most up-to-date member ID card on file. Starting January 1, 2026, give the pharmacy your new member ID card and ask for an insurance eligibility lookup. (If you’re unsure which HealthPartners member ID card to bring to the pharmacy, bring both.)

If you continue to have issues, you can always access your most up-to-date member ID card through your HealthPartners online account, the HealthPartners iOS app or the HealthPartners Android app .

If your HealthPartners plan doesn’t include prescription drug coverage, you may or may not get a new member ID card for 2026. It depends on whether:

• You chose to enroll in a new plan
• You (or your employer) made changes to your current plan
• Your employer asked us to send new ID cards so you have a fresh copy

If you do get a new member ID card, start using it on January 1, 2026.

If you don’t get a new member ID card, continue using the one you already have.
