You received a new member ID card if your HealthPartners plan includes prescription drug coverage.
- Your new member ID cards arrived by mail. Cards were mailed to your address on file. You can
sign in to order additional copies of your member ID cards . - Start using your new member ID cards now. Securely dispose of any old member ID cards you have.
- You always have digital access to your most up-to-date member ID cards. Member ID cards you access through your
HealthPartners online account , theHealthPartners iOS app or theHealthPartners Android app are always up to date.
