If you aren’t sure of the urgency of your situation, call 715-243-3400 to speak with a Care Team assistant. Available 24/7, our Care Team assistants can answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate source.
We are constantly working to improve the quality of care and services for our patients. Whether you’re a patient or family member, your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and what we can do even better. If you have compliments or complaints about your care, there are several ways you can tell us.
First, we encourage you to notify any staff member that you come in contact with if you have a complaint. They will either advise you on how to begin the grievance process or immediately put you in contact with someone who can assist you. If you’re here in the hospital or clinic, they’ll give you the grievance form and we’ll begin follow-up action as soon as the form is completed.
You can also call our confidential patient representative line at 715-243-3427, talk with your care team or talk to the manager of the area in which you’re receiving care.
