We’ll work with you to create a personal treatment plan. During a physical therapy appointment, our physical therapists will typically guide you through targeted exercises, stretches and other activities that can improve your function and mobility. We’ll also teach you how to perform day-to-day activities more comfortably and safely to prevent further injury.
Physical therapy may be recommended to treat a wide range of injuries. We may also recommend physical therapy before or after surgery to help you recover.
