Visiting a patient

At Westfields Hospital & Clinic, we believe that support from family and friends can be important for healing. That’s why we invite family to visit anytime. Family members aren’t limited to blood relatives, and we’ll determine the number of people welcomed at any one time by working together with you and your family.

Please note that if you’re visiting later in the day, you’ll need to use the Emergency Center entrance. Guests will need to enter through the Emergency Department between the hours of:

Monday – Friday, 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday, 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Gift shop

The Westfields Gift Shop is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 precautions.

At Westfields Hospital & Clinic we offer a range of dining options.

The Rivers Café

Due to COVID-19, the Rivers Café is currently only serving employees and patients.

The Rivers Café offers everything from light snacks to hot foods. Options include breakfast, lunch entrees, a salad bar and desserts. Breakfast and lunch are served every day from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the River’s Café.

Inpatient menus offer an array of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Dietary staff will deliver menus.

Vending machines are located in the Rivers Café and Emergency Center and offer sandwiches, salads, snacks and drinks 24/7. Complimentary coffee and tea are also available 24/7 in the Rivers Café.

Patients and their families often find comfort in the guidance of a trained spiritual supporter. At Westfields Hospital & Clinic, we’re not affiliated with any one faith. Instead, we try to meet the spiritual and religious preferences of all our patients. If you are interested in speaking with a chaplain, please notify your nurse.

Two additional resources include our meditation room and healing garden. Our meditation room is open 24/7 for quiet prayer, reflection and meditation. Everyone is welcome here. It is located near our inpatient unit by the family waiting area.

The healing garden is a tranquil area of the hospital designed to help you relax and unwind. It includes a walking path that travels around a small pond. Benches are also available to sit and enjoy the weather and scenery.
