A flexible Medicare PPO plan with lower cost sharing plus extra perks
Our HealthPartners® Journey Stride (PPO) plan is for people who want a well-rounded Medicare plan. You’ll get the medical and prescription drug benefits you’d expect, plus lower out-of-pocket costs for medical care. Extra perks are also included – like a Choice Card, over-the-counter (OTC) allowance and enhanced dental coverage.
Get added cost protection on top of more benefits
Available in the Twin Cities area and central Minnesota, the Journey Stride plan is a good choice if you’d like a mid-premium plan with supplemental Medicare benefits. You’ll be protected by lower out-of-pocket maximums: $5,000 for in-network care and $6,000 for combined in- and out-of-network care. You’ll also get a $250 HealthPartners Choice Card to spend on certain non-Medicare-covered items and services, plus a $25 OTC allowance every three months for common health and wellness items. That’s in addition to a $2,000 dental allowance for more types of care than with many other plans.
It's all available for a monthly premium of $60 (Twin Cities area) or $70 (central Minnesota).

Part D prescription drug coverage is included with your plan.

- $40 in-network specialty care visits
