Tablet devices for seniors on both Medicare and Medical Assistance (Medicaid)

Our HealthPartners MSHO plan features valuable extra perks and benefits to help you reach your health goals. If you’re living with certain chronic conditions, you could be eligible for a GrandPad tablet. This table can help you live more safely, healthy and independently. The tablet can also make it easier to communicate with your care team and family. Plus, it’s available at no cost to you.

Eligible MSHO members can get a GrandPad tablet specially designed for seniors. It’s provided to you at no cost. The tablet comes with:

• Voice and video calling, so you can stay in touch with your care team and loved ones
• Internet access and articles of interest, so you can better access care resources
• Email, music, radio stations, a camera, games, a flashlight, a magnifying glass, a calculator and much more

If you need help with your tablet, you can get support with the touch of a button.

This benefit is part of special supplemental benefits for members with certain chronic conditions: depression and cognitive impairment. Not all members will qualify, and all applicable eligibility requirements must be met.
