Flu season can take a toll on employee health, company productivity and health care costs. But workplace flu shot clinics are an easy, cost-effective way to keep your employees protected. That’s why we’re proud to partner with a variety of trusted providers to offer easy and convenient onsite workplace flu clinics:
- If you have a fully insured group plan with us, there’s no cost to you.
- If you have a self-insured group plan with us, you’ll just pay for the cost of the flu shots.
We make it easy for our clients to host onsite workplace flu clinics.
We’re happy to support workplace flu clinics outside of our health care footprint. Onsite clinics can be scheduled nationally – we’ll refer you to a local, trusted provider.
Quadrivalent flu shots offer the most protection by vaccinating against four different flu strains. So we’ll only refer you to providers that administer them to help ensure your employees get the best protection during flu season.
If employees or their family members have insurance coverage, they should bring their ID cards to the clinic when receiving their flu shot. HealthPartners members can access their ID cards in their online member account. (But remember: Participants don’t need to have HealthPartners coverage, or any coverage, to attend.)
