Available in northeast Wisconsin, the Cedar plan credits $360 back to enrollees annually. That's $30 back in your Social Security check or Medicare Part B premium statement each month.

You’ll also be able to enjoy the same in-network and out-of-network cost sharing at any provider who accepts Medicare and is willing to see you. Plus, there’s a $1,000 dental allowance for certain preventive, restorative and periodontic care, like routine exams, cleanings, fillings and gum disease care. Part D prescription drug coverage is included in your plan too.

You can also see out-of-network providers who accept Medicare and are willing to see you – you’ll pay the same costs as if they were in network.

Part D prescription drug coverage is included with your plan.
