If you’re a HealthPartners insurance member, you get a specific out-of-pocket cost.

Please note, we aren’t able to tell you which services your insurance covers. If you aren’t sure what your insurance covers, the best thing to do is call the number on the back of your card.
Don’t have your card in front of you? Here are the member services numbers to common insurance providers:
You can also use our online patient estimate tool to get a cost estimate. This tool lets patients know what their out-of-pocket costs are for over 300 common services. It’s being offered to meet the January 1st, 2021, CMS Price Transparency requirements and to help you better understand what your cost of care will be.
Price estimates are based on historical data of similar procedures and current insurance coverage. While we make every effort to provide accurate estimates, remember that these are only estimates. Your actual charges may vary.
Estimates are calculated assuming HealthPartners is in-network with your insurance plan. Non-covered services or services that need prior authorization aren’t considered in our estimates. Our online price estimates reflect prices from HealthPartners hospital-based locations only – not our clinics. They also assume that you live in the United States. Please contact your insurance plan if you have questions about your coverage.
