New to Medicare? We’re here for you. HealthPartners has been keeping Minnesotans healthy for over 65 years. We bring care and coverage together through high-value, low-cost plans; extra perks you won't find everywhere; and outstanding Minnesota-based Member Services. Let’s get started.
Our Medicare Advantage plans
Available in most of Minnesota, our Medicare Advantage plans offer access to over 67,000 in-network providers. Part D prescription drug coverage is also included.
The Journey Smart plan: $960 back in your pocket
Available in the Twin Cities and central Minnesota, the Journey Smart plan credits $960 back to all enrollees annually – that's $80 back in your Social Security check or Medicare Part B premium statement each month. You’ll also get Part D prescription drug coverage, a $0 monthly premium, dental coverage, and much more. No extra steps required.
Other Minnesota Medicare plans
Looking for something other than a Medicare Advantage plan? We’ve got options for you:
- Available in the Twin Cities and central Minnesota,
our Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) plan combines your Medicare and Medical Assistance (Medicaid) benefits into one plan. - Available statewide,
our Minnesota Medicare Supplement plans work alongside Original Medicare by helping you pay Part A and Part B costs you’d normally be responsible for.
