Visiting a patient at Regions Hospital

We firmly believe in the healing benefits of support from a patient’s family, friends and loved ones. We are proud to offer daily visiting hours and several amenities to make you feel welcome and comfortable while you visit your loved one.

Regions Hospital visiting hours

Visitors are allowed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily. Visits for behavioral health patients are available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. For security, our West entry doors are locked after 5 p.m. – please enter through the South entrance after 5 p.m.

All visitors are welcome within Regions Hospital visitor policy, and we’ll work with you and your family to determine the number of visitors welcome at any one time. This gives your loved one time to heal, rest and receive the care they need.

We are committed to a safe, respectful and healing environment.

We do not allow threats, aggression, abuse, harassment or discrimination toward anyone for any reason. We will take action to ensure the safety of all patients, staff and guests. Please report any concerns immediately by calling 952-993-5101.

We have two cafés on campus, Café 640 and the Overlook Coffee & Deli.

Several nearby hotels offer discounts to the family and friends of patients.

Find unique gifts, fresh flowers, greeting cards and balloons.
