Our health system evaluation and survey services help teams measure the impact of their programs on health and well-being — focusing on aspects from quality and cost to experience. Patients, members, employees, and the community are at the center of our work as we design, collect data and share results. We provide services to HealthPartners and beyond.
Many teams already carefully consider program design and implementation. Defining and measuring the success of their efforts, however, may not always be a formal part of their plan. There are tremendous costs associated with not knowing whether programs or initiatives are on target. That’s how our Center for Evaluation and Survey Research can make a difference. We generate insights that lead to action.
Asking questions is easy but asking them in a systematic unbiased way is both an art and a science. We use best practices in survey research to design and implement multimode, multilingual, high-quality surveys. We focus on the purpose of the survey and how the data generated will be used. Our survey services include:
