Training the advanced practice clinicians of the future
The HealthPartners Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Fellowship Program is designed to ensure high-quality care and accelerate productivity in alignment with HealthPartners’ workforce strategy. APC fellows can more effectively train in improving health and health care and containing costs; systems thinking; and teaming behaviors while strengthening their clinical competency in highly specialized areas of care delivery.
APC fellows train in multiple HealthPartners inpatient and outpatient practice settings such as urban or rural hospitals. The program length varies but usually is 12 months. The number of fellows accepted each year varies by program.
