Our Office of Health Professional Education is developing a process to take requests for clinical rotations and match students with high-quality experiences. We know that the relationship between students and their preceptors is key to the success of their training, and we celebrate our many dedicated preceptors across HealthPartners.
As our care delivery models change, we aim to identify new opportunities for students to gain clinical experience that will prepare them for the future. As we approach this work, we recognize the value of relationships with not only our trainees, clinicians and operational leaders but with our school partners and community members.
