We’re excited to celebrate the opening of our new state of the art HealthPartners Institute Clinical Simulation Center. This new, updated space features high-tech equipment that will be used to help train thousands of health care workers and support high-quality health care. The new Clinical Simulation Center has been made possible in part by donors to Regions Hospital Foundation, including the Otto Bremer Trust, the Fred C. and Katherine B. Andersen Foundation, and the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, which all contributed significantly to this project.
The grand opening ceremony will include a brief gathering at Regions Hospital with remarks from hospital and clinical leaders about the investment in clinical simulation and why it’s important to sustaining high-quality health care in the area, a ribbon cutting and demonstration of the equipment, followed by a drop-in open house tour.
HealthPartners colleagues are invited to tour the Center during the open house to experience new technology that is driving the future of simulation including virtual and augmented reality, high-fidelity manikins, and simulated medical equipment.
