Rebecca Barnack is a certified nurse practitioner at the Park Nicollet Pain Clinic, where she plays a vital role in supporting patients with complex upper extremity pain. With a background in nursing education and a Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Winona State University, Rebecca brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. Her clinical expertise and dedication to interdisciplinary collaboration make her a valuable contributor to the hand therapy community.

Dr. Chris Carroll is a respected leader and one of only 50 therapists nationwide to hold dual board certification in Neurologic and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Chris brings a unique blend of manual therapy expertise and performance training to the treatment of upper extremity conditions. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists and founder of Adaptletics Rehabilitation and Conditioning, his research and clinical leadership continue to shape best practices in hand and neurologic therapy.

Dr. Miranda Materi is a nationally recognized hand therapist with a passion for treating complex upper extremity trauma and life-altering injuries. Miranda is a certified hand therapist and serves as adjunct faculty at Northern Arizona University, with previous teaching experience at the Mayo Clinic. Her clinical interests include nerve transfers, brachial plexopathies, hypermobility disorders, and myoelectric prosthetic training. Since 2014, Miranda has owned and managed Hand Therapy Partners-East, where she blends clinical leadership with a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Dr. Lucas Richer is a certified hand therapist and occupational therapy clinician based in Minneapolis. He is actively involved in shaping clinical practice through his work on several TRIA Hand Therapy committees, including those focused on clinical guidelines and student mentorship. With a doctorate in occupational therapy from Northern Arizona University, Lucas brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to upper extremity rehabilitation.

Dr. Jon Sikorski is a licensed psychologist at TRIA Orthopedics, specializing in the psychological aspects of pain and recovery. With a PhD in Psychological and Cultural Studies, Jon integrates behavioral health strategies into the rehabilitation process, helping patients manage chronic pain and optimize outcomes. His expertise in health, sports, and school psychology brings a holistic perspective to the hand therapy team.

Dr. Macy Stonner is a clinician specializing in the rehabilitation of upper extremity conditions, including brachial plexus and peripheral nerve injuries. She is board-certified in both occupational and hand therapy and practices at Washington University School of Medicine. Macy’s clinical and research interests focus on postoperative management of brachial plexus injuries and outcomes following flexor tendon repair. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based care and advancing hand therapy through clinical excellence and research.

Brittany Willis is a certified hand therapist at TRIA in Saint Louis Park, where she specializes in the rehabilitation of upper extremity injuries. A graduate of Ithaca College, Brittany is actively involved in the TRIA conference and student committees. Her clinical interests include functional recovery, patient education, and supporting the next generation of hand therapy professionals.
